BESUT, Dec 31 — All flood relief centres (PPS) in Terengganu have been closed as of 12pm today, marking the end of the second wave of flooding which struck on December 18.

KUALA LUMPUR, Dec 27 — The flood situation in Perak, Kelantan and Sarawak has improved as more flood evacuees continue to return to their own homes, while conditions remain the same in Sabah and Terengganu.
